Shipping & Production Information

Production Timeframes

Same Day Production (1 day + shipping) - The cut off time for same day production is 11am Monday to Friday. Only Items marked with “Same Day Production” are made and dispatched from 4:30pm the same day you place your order.

Standard Print Production (14 days+ shipping) - Most of our items are subject to our standard print production timeframe unless stated otherwise. 

Standard Embroidery Production (10 days + shipping) - Our embroidery items are subject to our standard embroidery production timeframe.

 

Shipping Timeframes

 

Regular Australia Post (production time + Standard Shipping) - $10 for the first item, then 0.25c per extra item. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

 

Express Australia Post (production time + Express Shipping) - $15 for the first item, then $1 extra per item after that. Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location.

 

International (production time + International Shipping) - Starting from $15+ delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched. *International shipping is all over the place in this Covid era, with some countries unable to be shipped to, and others taking up to 40 days or more.
